TECHNICAL ARTICLES近年來,外泌體的研究熱度持續(xù)攀升,已成為當(dāng)前生命科學(xué)和基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究的一大熱點。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,在 2023 年國家自然科學(xué)基金獲批項目中,外泌體研究相關(guān)項目的總數(shù)近 390 個,立項的總金額突破 1.5 億元。
近日,Quantum Design中國順利將NanoView全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)安裝于重慶大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院,并為用戶進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的儀器介紹和操作培訓(xùn)。我們相信設(shè)備優(yōu)異的外泌體表征性能和Quantum Design中國專業(yè)的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊將助力重慶大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院在外泌體領(lǐng)域的研究取得重要進(jìn)展!
重慶大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院
全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)是一款無需純化、全自動的可對單個外泌體進(jìn)行表征分析的全新設(shè)備。該設(shè)備能夠提供全面的外泌體表征信息,包括外泌體粒徑大小、計數(shù)、分布、攜帶蛋白表達(dá)、生物標(biāo)志物(CD9,CD81,CD63等)共定位等。設(shè)備操作簡單,結(jié)果可靠,有效降低了實驗操作難度,提高了實驗效率。短短三年,在世界范圍內(nèi)已有100多家實驗室采用該設(shè)備,包括了著名的哈佛大學(xué)、約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)、康奈爾大學(xué)、洛杉磯兒童醫(yī)院、麻省總醫(yī)院、東京工業(yè)大學(xué)、首爾大學(xué)、新加坡國立大學(xué)、大阪大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)、西安交通大學(xué)、中國海洋大學(xué)、重慶大學(xué)等,發(fā)表SCI已超過280篇,其中不乏頂級期刊如Cell、Nature、Journal of Extracellular Vesicles、Cancer Research、Nanoscale、ACS Nano、BMJ journal、Brain Behavior Immunity、Trends in Cancer等。
